Directions:
From the parkway - Take the North Shore/Stadiums exit. Go straight over
the Fort Duquesne Bridge toward Rt. 65. Take the Exit for the West End
Bridge, but do not cross the bridge. At the traffic light go straight
onto Chateau St. Get in the left lane and turn left onto Beaver Ave.
The Cardello Building is about 1/4 mile on your right.
From PNC Park and Heinz Field - If PNC Park then Heinz Field are on your
left you will proceed straight toward UPMC Sportsworks. The Sportsworks
will also be on your left as you pass. Continue straight. At the Y
stay to the left. At the intersection turn left onto Western Ave. Bear
right onto Chateau Street. Turn left onto Beaver Ave.

Directions:
From downtown: Go East on 376 or the Boulevard of the Allies,
exit at Forbes Avenue. Continue on Forbes through Oakland - you will
pass the Carnegie Museum on your right. Continue through the light in
front of the Carnegie museum on Forbes. After the bridge, turn into the
driveway on your right. You will see a new building on your right.
Continue after the STOP sign. On your right you will see Newell-Simon
Hall. You may park your car anywhere at this level. You may enter
Newell-Simon Hall. Go up one flight; continue straight through the
walkway into Wean Hall. Take the elevators to the 6th floor. Exit the
elevators, turn left, and then right at the end of the corridor. Go
down this corridor to Room 6325. The Physics lounge is inside of room
6325. The telephone number in this room is 412-268-2731. If you get
lost or are late, please telephone to let us know.
If you do not wish to enter Newell-Simon Hall even though it is
more convenient, you can drive down the hill from the first parking lot
and park below. You may enter Wean Hall at the first floor level,
rather than the 4th floor level as described above. I believe this is
how most of you arrived here in December. This is OK also.
